We operate Monday – Friday, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm EST.

We ship Monday – Friday, and our carriers pick-up in the afternoon (EST). The last pick-up for the week occurs Friday afternoon. Orders on in-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days.

All orders placed after November 1st can be returned/exchanged until January 15th.

All returns & exchanges must be sent back in like-new condition with no visible signs of wear and the original tags and packaging.
