What are the shipping policies & rates for the Maker's Market?
Shipping costs are determined flat rates by Vendor - these will appear at checkout. Duckfeet USA Shipping costs do not apply to Maker's Market products, as Makers are sending these on their own and from their own locations.
Can I use a discount on Maker's Products?
All Maker's products are NOT ELIGIBLE for discounts or Point redemption.
As Maker's Market goods are handmade, these items are final sale.
Duckfeet USA defers to the Maker's individual return policies - Unless otherwise specified, assume all Maker's products are Final Sale.
After purchasing through the Duckfeet Maker's Market, the order is considered that of the Makers'. They will ship your order, and therefore process any returns. If you have any issues, please contact them (not Duckfeet USA) for questions or concerns.
