European sizing can be tricky!

We want you to be confident you’re getting the correct fit, so if you think you need a different size, we’re here to help!

We answer most e-mails in under 24 hours (Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM). (Sizing information can be found in our fit guide.)

Duckfeet are returnable within 30 days of purchase.

Please note:

  • All items returned must be in like-new condition and include the original tags and unaltered box. Please keep this in mind when testing the fit of your new Duckfeet: try them on indoors on a clean, carpeted surface.
  • Items worn outside or with visibly dirty soles are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Items shipped in taped or labeled shoe boxes are not eligible for refund or exchange.

We offer free shipping on exchanges. To request a label,  shoot us an e-mail. Please include:

  • Your order number (DF...). If you don't have your order number, please include email used for order.
  • Item to be returned
  • New item or size to be received
  • Please also include your US size, we are always collecting data to improve our sizing.

For faster exchanging, simply place a new order for the right size, and we’ll issue a full refund (product + shipping) upon receipt of the original order. 

To return for a refund, please e-mail us to request a label. We’ll issue a refund for the product minus the original $8 shipping charge.

We can only accept returns from purchases made on If you made a purchase from an independent retailer or another online retailer, please return the product to the store from which you purchased, under the guidelines of their return policy.
