We accept returns or exchanges on U.S. orders made on duckfeetusa.com (this website) only. If you made a purchase from an independent retailer or another online retailer, please return the product to the store where the purchase was made, under the guidelines of their return policy.

We've made returns & exchanges easy, follow these 3 steps:

    • 1. Generate a pre-paid return label using our portal here (U.S. orders only): create return label
      • Please make sure POP-UP BLOCKERS are turned OFF as the PRINT LABEL screen is a POP-UP.
      • Have your ORDER # ready (it will start with DF followed by 5 numbers; does not contain dashes)
        • You can find your ORDER # on your Order Confirmation e-mail, Shipping Confirmation e-mail, or the Packing Slip that came with your Order in the box.
        • If you are having trouble finding your ORDER # or generating your return label, send us an e-mail: returns@duckfeetusa.com
      • You can RE-PRINT your generated RETURN LABEL at any time by logging back into the RETURNS PORTAL using your DF ORDER # & ZIP CODE.
    • 2. Place your like-new, unused Duckfeet product with the original, undamaged shoe box in a sturdy shipping box, stick your pre-paid label to the shipping box & drop-off at any Fed Ex location.
    • 3. If EXCHANGING, once you complete steps 1 & 2, please  to let us know what to send when your RETURN arrives.

That's It!

Once we receive your RETURNED PRODUCT, we will clean & inspect it for damage.

  • For RETURNS: We will issue a full refund once we receive the product & inspect it for any use or damage.
  • For EXCHANGES: We will ship out the new exchange product once we receive the returned product & inspect it for any use or damage.
  • Returns & Exchanges are processed within 10 business days of us receiving the return.


European sizing can be tricky!

  • We want you to be confident you’re getting the correct fit, so if you think you need a different size, we’re here to help!
  • For questions, please e-mail us at returns@duckfeetusa.com.
  • We answer e-mails as quickly as we can, and typically respond within 24 hours during week days, or on the first business day following a weekend or holiday.
    • Our business hours are Monday - Friday, 9AM-5PM EST. Note, we are out of office on weekends and major holidays.

Fine Print

  • Duckfeet are returnable within 21 days of delivery, unworn, in like-new condition (don't worry, this is extended during the holiday season).
    • Returns & Exchanges are processed within 10 business days of Duckfeet USA receiving the return.
    • For faster exchanging, simply place a new order for the right size, style, or color. We’ll issue a full refund, product + shipping (if applicable), upon receipt of the original order and product inspection.

Please note:

  • All items returned must be in like-new condition with no visible signs of wear, and include the original tags and unaltered Duckfeet shoebox. Please note, the soles mark easily. Keep this in mind when testing the fit of your new Duckfeet: try them on for size indoors on a clean, soft surface or on the tissue paper included in the shoebox.
  • If a returned product shows excessive signs of wear, it will be sent back to the original shipping address without an exchange pair, and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
  • Returns with light wear will be accepted at our discretion, with a 20% damaged goods fee charge taken out of the total refund amount or applied to the exchanged item.
  • Items shipped in taped or labeled Duckfeet shoe boxes are subject to a 20% damaged goods fee charge.
  • Examples of signs of wear could include: scuffing/marking on the sole, excessive leather creasing on upper of the Duckfeet product, visibly dirty soles or returns without the Original Duckfeet shoe box.
