We realize the challenges of purchasing footwear online and wish to provide a smooth shopping experience.

Items purchased from Duckfeetusa.com are eligible for return within 21 days from the date of delivery. As stated in the wear policy, Duckfeet must be unworn, in the same condition as they were received in, with all tags attached and all original packaging included.

Wear policy

We can only accept items in like-new, resalable condition with no visible signs of wear. This helps us sustain our business, reduce waste, and meet the expectations of future customers. For these reasons, items returned with wear may incur a 25% fee. (Items with excessive wear will be returned to the customer.) Wear may show in:

  • excessive creasing of the leather
  • visibly dirty soles
  • stretching of the leather

Crepe soles can mark and soil easily. To keep soles clean when trying on your new Duckfeet, please try on them indoors on a clean, soft surface or on the tissue paper included in the shoebox.

Please include tags and shoebox with your return as they are considered parts of the product.

Start a return or exchange

Items purchased from Duckfeetusa.com are eligible for return within 21 days from the date of delivery. As stated in the wear policy, Duckfeet must be unworn, in the same condition as they were received in, with all tags attached and all original packaging included. 

We employ a self-serve returns system where you can easily exchange for a different size or color; you can also turn your item into store credit to purchase a different model right away, get a gift card for later, or request a refund altogether. A $12.00 fee ($20.00 for returns from Canada) covers shipping for items returned for a refund; exchanges—including those for gift cards—ship for free.

To start your return or exchange, you will need:

  • the order number (e.g., DF12345)
  • the ZIP Code to which the order was delivered

For exchanges, the replacement order is created in our system when the carrier scans your returning package. For returns for refund, once a return arrives at our warehouse, it can take 10 to 14 business days to receive, inspect, and process it. You will be notified via email once your return has been completed. Please note, refunds generally take 3-5 business days to reflect in an account once it is issued, based on your financial institution.

  • Please ship returns and/or exchanges in the shipping box your Duckfeet product(s) arrived in, NOT in the Duckfeet Brand Product Box.
  • If sending back more than one order, please use separate shipping boxes with corresponding labels.
