You just ordered your Duckfeet... What's next?

Be on the lookout for your confirmation email! Double check the size, color, and shipping address of your new favorite pair of shoes. If you see any issues, reach out to us right away at info@duckfeetusa.com.

Once your order is placed, our warehouse team gets to work picking and packing your pair! Our goal is to get your Ducks out the door within 2 business days of your order. This does not apply to pre-orders, special orders, services, Makers products, or gift cards.

Once your order is shipping, you will receive an email with tracking information. This may take a day or so to populate as your Ducks are tracked while they fly to you!

ORDER EDITING

Once you place your order you will have a 15 minute window to edit or add to your order. Your confirmation email will contain a button that says "view or edit your order" that leads to your Order Status Page. This will allow you to double check your shipping address and size selection, and/or make any edits needed! You can also add items to your order at this time. You will see a 15 minute countdown timer on your order status page if the window is still open. Once the 15 minute window closes, your order is officially submitted and ready for shipment and flying your way!
