Companion (Artist #203)
Perhaps this Companion is taking its cues from the Phantom with an iron oxide stained clay "mask" covering half its face. The Companion's gaze is strong, and doesn't flinch from your questioning gaze. This Companion is also a rattle.
Stoneware Companions are unique. Steve and I hand-build each with stoneware clay and add sculpted details using different colored clays and stains. Each Companion seems to have its own personality and speaks to the customer differently.
