One-of-a-Kind: Pineapple Block Flora Jacket (S)

This Flora Jacket is made from a midweight, densely batted quilt that is hand-pieced and quilted in a pineapple block pattern. The placket, inner collar, pockets, and outer edge are bound in a dusty sage petite leaf print cotton fabric. This quilt was soaked several times, then dried in the sun, however it still has some faint age discoloration in several areas, though it was difficult to capture in photos.

This style jacket features a scooped side hem, bound edges, plackets and inner collar, antique brass snaps and oversized handwarmer style pockets. This is the Flora Jacket pattern by Brightside Pattern Company that I pattern tested for them, and they were kind enough to grant me permission to make finished coats available to you! The fit is oversized through the body with slimmer arms, and a stand up collar - a truly amazing fit!

It is possible this piece shows its age in places in the form of worn, slightly discolored areas, and/or mends - these are not viewed as flaws, but rather giving it character and showing its history. Please review all images as returns are not accepted - no exceptions.

For reference, I am 5'7" and my body measurements are: 34.5" bust, 26.5" waist, 35.5" hips.

Chest (armpit to armpit): 24"

Length (top of the shoulder to bottom hem): 23”

Sleeve (armpit to sleeve hem): 19"

Arm length (against the collar to sleeve opening): 28"
