We will send you a Shipping Label to ship your Duckfeet to us.

Crepe Soles

We keep the Crepe Soles here and send to the Cobbler along with your shoes for service.

Resole Process:

Please make sure shoes are brushed off and clean enough to handle. Your shoes should be resoled when the first layer of crepe has broken through; not the second that’s attached to the shoe. If you look closely you’ll see the layer lines. Be sure to keep this second layer in tact. The second layer of crepe acts as a protective layer between the ground and your mid-sole. If this layer is compromised, you may break through your inner sole and create a hole in your shoes - once this has happened, a resole is not possible.

Important to Note: Only styles with two layers of crepe can be resoled. This excludes all sandals, Samsø, Blavand, Mols & Klitmøller

Resoling Process can take 6-8 weeks. Resoling is not available November through February. Resoling Service is not eligible for discounts.
